The accommodation is over three floors comprising: Ground floor: Lounge/Dining room with open fire place with adjoining kitchen. The brand new kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for self catering with all new appliances from Bosch. The ground floor has a separate guest WC and under stairs cloakroom area.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms each with marble en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool. The roof terrace has beautiful views of the Old Town, the harbour, Kalkan and Frenke Bay and is furnished with sofas, dining area and umbrella; there is a kitchenette with fridge for enjoying a cool drink on the roof terrace, this area also houses the washing machine and utility room.
