The house will sleep 5 people comfortably and has a private swimming pool. The roof terrace offers fantastic views and a great place for an early evening drink in the sunset or al-fresco dining. The house offers accommodation over three floors comprising: Ground floor: Lounge/Dining room with open fire place with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for self catering. The ground floor has a separate lavatory and utility area. First Floor: Two double bedrooms each with private balcony. The first double bedroom has en-suite shower. The third bedroom offers single accommodation with private balcony. There is a second shower room available. The Roof Terrace: Has beautiful views of the Old Town, the harbour, Kalkan and Frenk Bays. The terrace has a kitchenette with fridge for enjoying a cool drink on the roof terrace, which is furnished with sofas, dining area and umbrella. There is also a storage/utility room.
